Retreats

Depth, nature and time to reconnect.

My retreat plans bring together inner work, practical skills, nature, unhurried time and the safety to speak from the heart.

Space to slow down

Serious enough for real work, spacious enough to breathe.

Each retreat creates space to slow down, listen inwards and work with patterns that are hard to reach in everyday life. I draw on IFS, MBCT and my background in relational, mindfulness-based practice to hold the group and what arises in it.

The atmosphere is intentionally different from a course room or a therapy office. There is structure, but also nature, shared meals, a glass of wine, quiet and conversation, and enough time for the work to land in the body rather than remain an idea.

Dates and booking details will be announced as the first formats are confirmed. For now, an enquiry is a conversation about fit, interest and the kind of group you are hoping for.

What a retreat holds

Practice, depth and rest.

Practice

Guided mindfulness and practical tools for nervous system regulation that you can take home.

Depth

Space to meet what is difficult, in a well-held group, and the safety to speak from the heart.

Rest

Good food, walks through fields and beech woods, sea air, rest. Slowness, as part of the work.
